Sumit Lakhina, Managing Director

Sumit has over 10 years of experience in Business Valuation, Modeling, and Advisory Services. He has completed hundreds of valuation reports for a variety of purposes including 409A Valuations, Portfolio Valuations, Buy-Sell Agreements, Gift & Estate Valuations, Mergers and Acquisitions, Purchase Price Allocations, Goodwill Impairment, Strategic Planning, and Restructurings.

In his career, Sumit was a member of the valuation practice at Deloitte and with other valuation firms. With Deloitte, he was part of the business valuation group where he was responsible for reviewing third-party appraiser reports and executing valuation reports for various purposes.

Sumit has a Masters Degree in Commerce, Post Graduate Diploma in Finance, and passed CFA level 2.

Sumit loves playing cricket, reading history books and visiting new places.
